Freedom...you don't have someone over your shoulder all the time and you are not tied to your desk.

I am commission based...so when the market is slow..I make less money as people don't want to spend on extra things.
Experience is how you learn...knowledge of your product will increase your confidence and the more confident you are about a product/service etc. the easier the sell.

It is challenging, but you meet great people along the way.
