Do not do any work for these morons. They will not pay you until they get ready, even though the contract state 45 days.
They are a management company out of Oregon, and they pay their bills first, then if they have enough they pay you. BS

I've done a lot of commercial work for Keypoint in the past. They have always been slow to pay, but they always paid. I like being on their install list. Sorry to hear you're having problems.

I understand they pay unlike some companies, but the contract states 45 days and that's what I expect. I have my bills set up to be paid according to how each company pays me. This is the second time they have done this, but never again. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB, and contacted my attorney. I hope they don't ever get anymore work!

The only experiences I had with keypointservices were bad and am not doing business with them anymore. I did alot of work busted my balls to get things done right and am STILL waiting to get paid. 45 days my a-- My phone calls dont get returned hardly ever and theres always some lame excuse why they cant pay me. Ill never do work for this company again- incompetents! Did you ever get paid? id like to know if this happens to other techs.

I did work for keypoint for many years , had times where I was paid on time and times it took a while.
Just in May 2011 did a job for them and still waiting to get paid , I only do 30days with my invoices and now going on to 60 days still waiting for payment and can not get any reply phone fax or email
Told them no more cant work for free.
Tried them today and found there phone line busy all day.
Wonder if there going to go out of business like Viatech who use to do the same as them with satellite installs, they went out of business owing me allot of money , im thinking keypoint is going to do that next

yes, they are closing up shop. I did a couple of jobs for them including one BIG one that I am worried that I will not get paid for. they said that I will, but who knows. Now all of their phones are shut down, and they wont answer any emails.

I received a letter from their attorneys firm stating that they went out of business and if I had any unpaid jobs I should submit all information to be included in the liquidation payouts.
