Reputation is everything, you are the only person that Customer will ever see regardless who they speak with on the phone. Wild Blues service is poor at best, the customer will not have what he paid for or what we was told he was getting as far as Internet connection. They suffer outages and bandwidth degradation more often then not. Wild Blue took short cuts to save money with the on board computer that on the orbiting satellite that HughesNet built them by contract. Wild Blue now has two Satellites in orbit that are full/over loaded with customers thus causing the problems mentioned above. |
