Does anyone know if in the state of NC can my 1yr old and 3yr old ride on the school bus with me if I were to look at doing this as a job.

The company's Insurance will more than likely not cover your children only employees and the bus passengers!
They/children would be betterr off in a structed daycare environment!

No... I am facing the same problem.... in VA Beach they let our kids ride... but when we moved to carolina i learned that kids can not ride.... i curently work for a private school that allows it... so maybe your best bet is trying a private school. :)

They can ride on your bus but they must be enrolled in the school system and go to the school you service other than that they can no longer ride due to insurance liability issues
