I'V BEEN WORKING AT STA FOR 3 YRS BUT DOING THIS FOR 14 YRS AND ALL MY YEARS NEVER HEARD OF NO PAY RAISE IN 2YRS DONT UNDERSTAND WHY..I LOVE MY JOB BUT IF THIS CONTINUES I MAY HAVE TO QUIT CUZ IM TIRED OF BEING BROKE ALL THE TIME..IF MY COMPANY CANT APPRECIATED SOMEONE LIKE ME THAT LOVE WHAT I DO, WELL THEY DONT DESERVE ME..
