Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming school bus driver interview?

I don't remember having any interview questions and I've worked for four different companies. Just had to fill out an application

Most of the questions at an interveiw are typical questions like: Why did you want to be a school bus driver?
Typical questions on how you would deal with different situations,pertaining to everyday life and people. Basically be yourself, and dress appropriately. You have to remember that you will have parents and children seeing you. First
impressions mean alot!

All I did was email the company, they called me about 20 minutes after I sent the email to come in the next day. I filled out an application, they told me about the position and I was hired. This was with absolutely no similar experience, no CDL, nothing. Only thing I had done was work with older kids (high school, college) and a little special needs at a therapeutic horse farm. They trained me, were patient when I took 3 tries to get my license, and now I have a route of my own and am loving it!!
