I need a seamstress to sew childrens designs. I live in Southern Ca and will pay well.

I would love to send you some pictures of my work. I have made lots of children's clothing some with patterns and some tailor made. I've made everything from beaded and beribboned gowns, to pants, ties, and vests for weddings and school productions. I also create many, many costume pieces for our high school drama. I have a serger, but can also do french seams. I can do pleats, tucks, smocking, hand embroidery (with ribbon or thread). I specialize in taking a picture or drawing of an idea and creating it for the person (or actor.)

Making children's clothing is my passion and I get the most joy out of sewing for children. It is my natural talent. It comes easily to me. I started sewing when I was only 12 and in 4-H. I pay close attention to detail and quality. I have made several flower girl dresses and my first pageant gown last summer, which placed 7th out of 500. I have been sewing for my own children for 16 years. A close friend of mine is a fashion designer and I have been her student for the past several years. I also smock and do heirloom sewing.
