Seamstress

I have started a baby business and need a seamstress. Prefer someone who can work out of there home. This is a new business and I need someone with reasonable charges.

I have worked for several people in difference states. We can hook up on the computer and talk frequently or I have unlimited minutes on Verizon. Mail and shipping charges or very reasonable. You can fax pictures or diagrams, etc. to me. The customer will have to pay shipping charges and I always add "A Little JIC" (stands for Just In Case) money to make sure all charges are covered.

If we can get ourselves on the same page sewing wise all things will work itself out. I do not like to design... but I love Love Love to sew.

People (customers) always like the idea that items are being made somewhere else... and if they are hard to get... they just Have TO HAVE IT.

I have worked for a interior designer for baby nurseries for a couple of years and do work from my home. I am also a mother and
a grandmother and do most of the sewing for the kids and grandkids. I have several machines at home and a serger as well.

Well....my target audience will be women ranging from early teens to mid thirties. Dresses mainly, shirts, pants, skirts, etc. I can sketch without any problem,I'm just sad to say I can't sew

Sounds interesting. Could you email me some of your designs? Do you have any patterns to go by?

I have over 15 years of experience with my own company which used to manufacture children and teens clothes. We used many different textiles. The company was in Brazil and I had over a dozen workers.
