I am trying to find someone to make samples (and later customize) different types of handbags, dog clothes and other items for me to first show as samples and then to sell.

Please let me know if you have experience sewing these types of items and approximately how much you would charge.

Hello, and to add to the other request. I TOOO need a wedding dress made from my own original design. I found a few pictures online for the shape of the dress but I need kimono fabric somehow infused into my dress. I'm marrying a wonderful Japanese man and I would like to literally have a fusion wedding, right down to the dress. Most of my design is western with slight touches of kimono to look "simple and elegant" I'll be relocating to San Diego in August and will begin my seamstress search immediately, so if anyone is near there please send me some info and let's chat.

Hi Sharla I have already purchased my wedding dress but I am wanting to give it a personal touch so that no one else has one excactly like it. Would you be able to do those alterations?

Kendra, I do alterations for Bridal stores that offer wedding gown sales many range from $99 - $300 that are in excelent condition this would save alot of money for fabric. I've done alterations on these dresses that have totally changed the style and are cost evective. One way to change the style is adding a bustle, style of sleeves, neckline and even adding a corsset back. Usually the dresses have applques, beads etc that would cost you alot of money if purchased from a fabric store. Also another idea is stores like Goodwill many gowns that are donated are from drycleaners that have not been claimed.
