What do you enjoy most about being a seamstress? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

What keeps you at your job?

I started working in the upholstery business back in 1966. Started as a seamstreess. worked there for 10 years.
Then went to work in the aerospace business. Rockwell then Boeing. 30 years working on Space Shuttle & Space Station soft goods. The best part was working with the astronauts.
I am now retired but planning on going back.

I enjoy making things for others who do not know how to sew. My thinking is if God gave you the talent you should use it. I have had hardly any training in my lifetime and have been sewing for 30+ years, have pics of my creations. Done it all, from baby to bridal to home decor to tractor seats.
