in need of a seamstress for protype of a garment

I am in South Jersey in need of a seamstress to make a protype of a garment I have created on paper (no pattern). I have tried, but, realized I still can not sew well. I believe this can be a winner.

I have a seamstress that will be trying this prototype for me. I will contact you either way if she is or is not able to conquer this project. I am hoping this will turn out to be a large production once it is seen. Thank you again...Happy 4th...Shelly

I would like to know how/what needs to be done to become a contract seamstress... I have approximately 20 years ladies/bridal apparel... Please help... unemployed and don't know where else to turn
