What are the top 3 traits or skills every security guard must have to excel? Can you suggest any tips or insights to develop your security guard expertise? |

Get out of the guard service unless you are in a corporate propriatary security department. Take a project management class and test. Get into security systems design and learn all you can about secuity access systems and video monitoring (how they work) - look forward into security management and how you can get a state certification as a security manager. |
