Professionalism

folks i've been in the field of security for 17 yrs. from military to contracting, though the money is good as a civilian i found we work closely with a bunch of DA's that have no clue about secops. i know every job has some level of bs but do anyone here know a professional organization here in wash. dc area? i am a Sgt of an SRT unit and i'm sick and tired of being micro managed by DA's who do nothing but sit at a desk looking at a computer and play golf at lunch..
