Approx 10 years ago i was charged with possetion of a controlled substance. After tkaing some classes the case was expunged. The security company that i am applying for is asking for $100 for a backround check.I have gone through orientation and the job is pretty much mine i just have to get past this last hurdle. Will i be able to pass this?

Yes, you are not required to report anything more than 10 yrs old or Expunged.
