What does a background check uncover when you apply for a security guard company

I worked for a security comp in Maryland, I know they do a credit check,I just did one on myself and it came up. They check 10 years back for addresses and employment, so have all those ready.

They check to see if you have any warrents out on you or feloneys or a criminal history.
