How did you get your start doing sushi chef work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

I studied about cooking but in my country there isn't any class for sushi so i decided to work in cold kitchen who makes cold appetizers, carvings... etc. Then ı got an offer from one philliphines sushi chef because of my English then i choose to work about that area and i am very glad because i really enjoy with my job.
