I have an RFP for a PeopleSoft implementation Financials and HCM 9.0, and need a few consultants.

If this project is won, the project is estimated to run for 3 years and possible extend an additional 2.

I have developed computer systems years ago and am looking for an opportunity to get back into the analytical/technical arena. My background includes design, development, and implementation of custom systems for oil & gas, aerospace, and higher education organizations including, Exxon, Conoco, CSC, Univ. of Houston-Clear Lake, and Texas Southern University. I left the arena to care for family members and find it very difficult to gain reentry without some recent referrals from the network. My Oracle and other languages are not current, but I would do well in the business/technical/support environment. Any leads for NASA/Clear Lake/Houston, Texas referrals would be most appreciated.
