declining. the days of a 'switchman' are gone. todays tech (for the most part) install data circuits. NOC does everything except PMP

I agree and I have 35 1/2 years in telecommunications 30+ Bellsouth and 5 1/2 years Tellabs contractor and out of work and looking since July 2007...if it weren't declining I would have a job by now!
