Question for homebased Agents

I've always been intrigued with the travel industry. In fact I've always wanted to be travel agent in a real "brick and mortar" company. Well that dream has never panned out. So in December I joined Traverus and started my own homebased business. I've seen lots and lots of people on the internet talking about how much money they're making. My question is, HOW?? I've been busting my butt for almost three months and I can't see how this is going to be lucrative at all. How are you all doing it? What's your secret? Come on help me out a little.
