"Readable" way to provide flight options via email

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone has a "shortcut" or formatting to provide flight options via email to clients? Currently, I'm typing EVERYTHING out because they don't understand the codes etc. I'm on Sabre and was told about 2 years ago there was an easy way, but that's where is ended. Any and all help is appreciated!
