What are the top 3 traits or skills every travel agent must have to excel?

1 - Develop excellent customer service skills

2 - Know the market you are servicing, many times Clients have already researched this prior to calling you.

3 - Have options up to at least 3 for your Clients to choose from, lack of research in this area could end up costing you the sale.
