This looks like the "curious case of Benjamin FC" the posts seem to be going down in numbers instead of going up. |

I find most of Cranky's comments very funny and clever! There was an interesting article about piecemeal layoffs in the New York Times. Click on the link below: |

Timetoleaveandgetalife. in Clifton, New Jersey said: For those of you complaining about only making $30,000, it's time to go! You only make $30,000 if you don't make any sales at all so clearly you are incapable of working in a sales role regardless of how long you've been employed. Take a good hard look at yourself and your skills and experience. Make the tough decision to find a new job that isn't in sales instead of externalizing about a company that expects people to perform and rewards them for doing so. Instead of using your energy on this blog, update your resume as soon as possible and look for another job. I think someone has their pants or bra in a up roar-- struck a nerve.

wondering 2 stay or go 39 months ago |
i have yet to sign the contractat. it is to be mailed in by the 13th. i agree with most but not all of it. if i dont sign they will tell me to walk. i have a couple more really good months with comm and would like to suck it up till then. does anyone else have this problem in their office or has everyone signed? as for the uniforms i totally agree after i get them back from the dry cleaners looks okay for that day but almost falling apart after 3 months wear....dont purchase any more as that would be a waste of hard earned $$$ |

does anyone know about the paper everyone signed last year...if you were let go can you sell in the area, was it a one year waiting period? does this still hold ground with the lawsuit they lost...please only reply if you know for sure....can you do outside sales without a law suit? |
|

About the uniforms: I wash them on warm, put them in the dryer on low and iron them on low. T hey last much longer that way. Dry cleaning is very harsh on the fabric. |

another friend in Forest Hills, New York said: ok, I'll have to fill in for cranky since this is so hysterical: You are clearly an imposter. I took some laundry detergent that I had in the basement and poured it into a bathtub and got in and then I had my wife throw some ribs, and barbecue sauce, and cheese whiz in it. I took a nice bath in all that stuff. That barbecue sauce sure did sting though, reminded me of the time that Flight Center bought Liberty. Poor little Gil. Why did you sell us off? You invented so many things. Couldnt you have done some more seat trickery of some sort? The barbecue sauce is stinging my wounds. I dont like it. I dont want to go to Australia. Its weird there. |

I have posted in the past that I choose to have a positive attitude. I have concerns and no I don't work for free, I punch out and leave work unfinished, but I am not giving up on this company. If you don't believe in the company, then don't work for them, it is at easy as that.

If you don't believe in the company, then don't work for them, it is at easy as that. just keep that uniform clean, seems that is important here...good luck!..some people on this site lost their jobs after 15, 20, 25 and even 30 yrs, no warning...they could have increased their sales if needed, if spoken to, to increase hours or whatever....ofcourse maybe some needed to go but some were great and just needed a goal, then maybe sent to the pastures...but no...no warning....we don't care about the "care" of your uniforms...just read the label. |

Ahhh, now I see where this is all coming from. I just wonder, if they could have increased their sales if needed, why weren't they selling? Why did they need a goal, weren't they already doing their best? If their best wasn't good enough, then why would they want to stay? |

I'm sure most of the agents were doing their "best", hey maybe there were a few out there that needed to go, who knows, but I can't believe that "all" the agents let go were not doing a good job! |
