Mentioned the "U" word in my last post and it never showed up. Now I really wonder why

i have yet to sign the contractat. it is to be mailed in by the 13th. i agree with most but not all of it. if i dont sign they will tell me to walk. i have a couple more really good months with comm and would like to suck it up till then. does anyone else have this problem in their office or has everyone signed? as for the uniforms i totally agree after i get them back from the dry cleaners looks okay for that day but almost falling apart after 3 months wear....dont purchase any more as that would be a waste of hard earned $$$

take it to a lawyer and let them tell you what to do. They know the legalities.

does anyone know about the paper everyone signed last year...if you were let go can you sell in the area, was it a one year waiting period? does this still hold ground with the lawsuit they lost...please only reply if you know for sure....can you do outside sales without a law suit?

About the uniforms: I wash them on warm, put them in the dryer on low and iron them on low. T hey last much longer that way. Dry cleaning is very harsh on the fabric.

I think you should wash them with "Cheer" since you'll bring cheer to everyone around you and make lots of sales, or wash them with "All" and I'm sure you'll give it your all...or wash them with Tide and your prince might come...and better yet wash them in "Gain" sure you'll gain alot....ok cranky how did I do?

You are clearly an imposter. I took some laundry detergent that I had in the basement and poured it into a bathtub and got in and then I had my wife throw some ribs, and barbecue sauce, and cheese whiz in it. I took a nice bath in all that stuff. That barbecue sauce sure did sting though, reminded me of the time that Flight Center bought Liberty. Poor little Gil. Why did you sell us off? You invented so many things. Couldnt you have done some more seat trickery of some sort? The barbecue sauce is stinging my wounds. I dont like it. I dont want to go to Australia. Its weird there.

I have posted in the past that I choose to have a positive attitude. I have concerns and no I don't work for free, I punch out and leave work unfinished, but I am not giving up on this company. If you don't believe in the company, then don't work for them, it is at easy as that.
It seems to me that the PA agents have a major issue with their DSM and managers are not supporting the agents.
If I ever felt that I was being abused, mis treated or there was anything at all illegal/immoral in the way I was treated, I wouldn't be working for the company!!

Oh Hello There - we seem to have quite a mixed audience here tonight.
I was just giving a few hints, about taking care of the "corporate wardrobe"!
Im not as pro FC as NJ, but not as as bitter and upset as some of the others. I am still giving FC the benefit of a doubt; I don't think they were aware of the mess they were getting themselves into (i.e. Gil Haroche's Chinese overtime sheme, lots of unproductive people, etc.). I love Spanky's posts and even congratulated him (which quickly got removed by our our dear webmaster)
I do believe that arguing with one another doesn't solve anything. We all can use this post to share information, without upsetting one another.
By the way, I am over 60 and still have my job. The lay offs had nothing do do with age, that I am certain.
