motivation to become a travel agent?

Hi am Teena, and a new in this field.
I have to write a cv and just make it, as i have to add on it about my motivations.

I don't know exactly what to write as motivations on CV, PLease Help...

You can feel motivated for multiple reasons:

1. What's in it for me?
you will have travel agent incentives that will work towards your own personal goals. You will get monetary incentives from hotels or cruises. there are always specials for the agents as far as vacation stays offered to you for your committment.
2. What's in it for the company?
you'll get to call your own shots and make the company some revenue. The more you make for you the better the company gets recognized. You'll treat it like it's your company so it will be a mutual benefit.
3. Psycological satisfaction.
You will feel good knowing you have created a package and sold your clients on a great experience. Some people work all the time and have very little time to enjoy. You get to be the person who will help them forget about responsibilities and enjoy personal time to themselves. The better relationships you form with your clients, the better you feel when you create a satisfying getaway for them.
