Get out now!! Keep calling those ads in the trucker magazines until you find something that feels good and will take you NOW....
Don't make the same mistake I did and wait too long to make the jump, otherwise your company will catch wind of what your up to and fire you fast making it harder to get re-employed!!!
Try Gordon Trucking....Pride Transport....and don't be afraid of eastern carriers they pay higher...
