first time I ever failed the hearing whisper test and I am hearing impaired all my life and eventually hearing loss will continue falling there nothing I can do about it and anyway I went to CRST trucking company for Orientation and take a pee test one there and another location and took physical test passed no problem anyway beside the point I do currently have CDL and medical card still with me I think DOT need update that law or removed it for good . And again I have no problem hearing any thing else I am just like you and nothing different and I am not going to give up the dream . so what gives ??? |

Just did the FW test, in Phx,for knight, did the same test 4 yrs ago, passed it,now 4 yrs later, tested by the same foreign individual, rules changed, now she tells me that I must repeat everything she said? WTF?,I heard her whispers, but couldnt understand any of her palabber!,got on the computer to see if there were guidelines for the test, and guess what, there are, and she violated just about all of them.Especially, the distance, she was on the other side of the room,10-12 ft away,I heard her noise's,but couldnt' savy the words, did not tell me to cover 1 ear ,then the other,to see which esr had what, a radio on in the waiting room ,playing Rap music, even though I heard her whispering, she failed me,4 yrs ago, I sensed that she had a hard one for me,must not like old cowpoke's,or senior looking citizens, and the same happened again,DOT, says that if you fail the FW, then they are to give the audiometric, which they did not! and by doing so have violated my rights, to DUE Process, regardless. Ain't finished w/them yet, contacting DOT, medical examiners, filing a compliant, then going to the next agency, and gona splatter this all over the internet, til somebody w/ some juice doe's something about this "phony, invalid, unreliable, inaccurate, test" |
