Please someone i need some help.
Im 22, and i have my cdl, i diddnt go to a trucking school, i just rode with a friend and studied really hard.
Ive been trying to find a job, but i keep getting turned down because i have a possession of marijuana under 2 ounces on my record from 2009, when i got it, i got deffered adjudication, was put on probation, and i had that revoked and wound up sitting in tarrant county to finish my sentence. they suspended my licence for six months, even though i diddnt have one at the time, and i guess because of that, it went on my mvr, that now employers keep finding.
Do i have any options at all? I have a wife and a 2 yr old and another baby on the way, and i really need to get rolling. Can i get my mvr expunged, even though i now hold a cdl? Are there any companys that will hire me even with this on my record? Is my only option really to just wait years and years untill it comes off?
