Yes, I went through the program. It is a really good program. I have had many students over the years from many schools. UDS, CCAC, Western school.. I do think that CCAC students are by far the best. I good luck!

I went through the program and graduated in 2000. I can say that it was challenging. Our class started out with 33 students and graduated with 11. I would first recommend "shadowing" an ultrasound tech at a hospital and make sure that is something that you really want to do. If you call local hospitals, most are considered "teaching" hospitals and will gladly let you shadow techs for part of a day. That way you can see what the job really is all about. Ask appropriate questions to the techs, see what they do and how they do it. Then if you like it, you can feel more confident in making the decision to commit to the Diagnostic Sonography program.

Thanks for the advice. So since you graduated 8 years ago, have you received a decent paying job? Also, where did your class do their clinicals during schooling?
