I was wondering is there any way you could take a physics test to see if you could pass out of taking the course?

If you are talking about physics for an ultrasound program, you can't take a test and pass out of the class. Physics for an ultrasound program is specific for the field. Yes, there are some similarities to what we've learned in physics classes before, however, for ultrasound the focus is all about how ultrasound works. The sound waves and the machine, how the image is produced. A standard physics class- you wouldn't be able to pass your board exams.
