If a person is a very dependable, hard-working, honest employee that has become a tremendous asset to the company,why is it so difficult for that employee to be compensated with a raise? Why do companies do this to their employees which have demonstrated that they deserve that raise in pay? What does an employee have to do to get a raise? I need advice because I am well worth a raise for all that I do each and every time I clock in.
