Who does the interviewing? Is it the owner of the clinic, the veterinarians that work there, the office manager, someone else?

I was led to believe it would be an uninterested third party. But it seems like it would be the owner. In this case, this is a new clinic that's opening, so I don't know if that makes a difference.

I'm kind of hoping it's not the owner because that would be the most nerve wracking thing EVER. I know the owner and even though he's very nice, I feel nervous with him interviewing me.

Occasionally you may see an office manager or other member of the hospital team also sitting in on interviews, but typically it is the vet that owns the practice.
