This would be my question as well. I have been an Events Specialist/Coordinator/Trade Show Coordinator for about 6 years until being laid off in late `06. After 3 years of looking and not being re-employed in the Events biz, I'm looking at re-purposing my skills. In my role working on several Conferences, I was the "Web Content" guy adding all the content adding links to new pages, updating information sourcing information, editing etc. So how do I break into WCS as a new career path? Are there any courses out there, certificate programs? Of course it doesn't hurt that I was also a PC Tech for a year.
