Please tell me where can I get a good article about CMS(content management system, what is CMS?, advantages desadvantages and so on).CMS is my degree work in the institute.I need a good article about 30-40 pages.

The basic simple explanation is:
It organizes your stuff and makes sure everything is in the right place. If you want to quickly learn about CMS, check out Microsoft's version. They have video tutorials on it. Spend about 6 hours watching the first tutorials, then you should have a clear explanation.
