WAS admin is a quite larger role to have few interview tips over the Forum ..
If u have an upcoming interview Areas u need to focus i can tell u ..

WAS Trouble shooting . What kind of tools did you use . Be spcific , give an example and explain ..

Clustering on fav area .. Cloning aswell ..

When shall u do vertical and wehn Horizontal ??

PErformance tuning . U r expertise and real time exp wud count . Tivoli and other tools u might need to asnwer on this .

MEssage Format in System Logs ..
