How competitive is the field? I will be 40 when done with school & would like to know what to expect. I read the boards, have seen what is out there w/government but am curious to get an insiders view. Should I expect to work seasonally for a few years after my bachelors is done, or go straight to grad school? I come from an insurance billing / pharmacy background so this is a complete (and welcomed) switch. Location within the US is flexible, too. Thanks!
