I am a recent graduate---X-ray/Medical Assistant and it seems that everyone always says I don't have enough experience. I am really starting to get discourage because no one will even consider giving me a chance.

are you an x-ray technologist or technician? if you are a technician than yeh you should consider going back and becoming a technologist...
