Are jobs in this industry on the rise? Are there any sub-sectors that are growing?

Where are the jobs? Which places have the most yacht broker opportunities?

The industry has shrunk to cut costs. The number of sales have in creased 5% 2012 and 3% 2011.
If you are looking for a job as yacht broker, that is go to work for some brokerage office, I think the going will be rough. If you become an independent yacht broker, with a firm that is more international, one that you can work anyplace, and has a very strong support base, you can do well, as long as you are not dependent on people walking through the front door, and are shown how to develop business your business. Look for a career where you are independent, and in charge of your success.

I just learned the 2013 season increased sales overall. That is great.

In addition I saw where you can receive Yacht Broker and Boat Sales training for $599.00. www.vemio.com/ondemand/ensignprofitcenter.

Hopw you do well.
