I'm currently doing research on yoga studios, and wondered if any of you would help.

I have a few questions:
1. Are you paid annually or hourly? Do you work full-time or part-time? Do you receive benefits (medical, dental, 401k, etc)? If you live in NYC, how much do you think most instructors get paid?
2. What is the best way to find instructors for hire? How do you find great instructors for hire?
3. Are there any other things one should keep in mind when hiring instructors? Is there anything instructors for hire keep in mind when looking for a job?
