I am a 45 year old women who has been displaced due to downsizing. It stinks. The only thing out there is cheap labor at $8 an hour. You will have to suck it up and take the cheap jobs, prove yourself, and hope for the next best thing. Always work hard, never give up. Always be professional, no cell phones ringing, no chewing gum, no tight pants and low cut shirts. Guys, cut your hair, get rid of the hardware on your face, wear a tie and clean shoes. Finding a job is no joke and there are plenty of candidates. You need to be the one to stand out!
