Where did you come from? How did you move here? What would you do different now?

I am a disabled vet, I am finishing up my Masters and then I will be moving to Albany to work at the Stratton VA Medical Center. I am looking for different information, and employment opportunities in and around Albany, as the mother of my daughters will also move to Albany, so that my daughters will not be to far from their father.

I believe that you would love Albany, NY I moved there a year ago and have no regrets. I move to Atlanta twice and regretted the whole move thing. There is a lot of ativities especially where your job is located. The atmosphere is lite and the neighbors are very encouraging. You'll love Albany especially because you have employment established.

You can use Indeed, careerbuilders, craig'slist, Albany and Albany Journal to look up possible jobs in the Albany area. i'm not sure what type of jobs that she is looking for but this should be able to assist her in her search. Good luck
