I did Msc in microbiology in India and recently moved to US after marriage. I am looking for a job as a microbiologist but am unsuccessful. I have three options in Mind. Kindly let me know which is the best. Your own advices and suggetsions will be appreciated too.

To do MS/Phd in Food microbiology in UGA,
To do MS/Phd in Medical Mcrobiology in either Emory, or UGA.
To do Physician assistant course and change my career altogether.

Also, I applied for Microbiology jobs but I am expected to have an ASCP certification for which I need 6 months work experience in US itself which isnt happeneing since I do not have a certification..how do I deal with this?
