Anaheim Hills is the nicest area. You don't want to live near Disneyland or downtown area. But near Angels stadium are a lot of new developments that are transforming that area. Look at wikipedia for a lot of good information about Anaheim.

I have lived in Anaheim all of my life and I recommend Peralta Hills at the border of Tustin and Anaheim.
