I got in trouble in 1975, I did my time and applied for and recieved a governors pardon in 1987.I didn't have a problem finding work yntil 9-11,after that I became in the eyes of the american government and employers worse than the people who committed these acts.I would like to know how can companies refuse to hire and discriminate against people who have paid their so called debt to society,and in my case hold something against me for 30 years.
