I am no longer available to start up another job club. I do recommend you to seek out professional networking in your field. Attend as a guest to any and all local chapter meetings that are related to your work (i.e. if you work for accountants attend a CPA association meeting even though you are not a CPA.). Best advice is to show up early and stay late so you can obtain the most information and assistance. 86% of jobs are found through networking. Best of luck to you.
