Advance? As in Advance Pay?

Good luck Darnell, unfortunately I don't have any advice for you. In the IT profession, 15 years experience means nothing unless you can walk on water and meet every demand (many of which are ridiculous and proprietary) an employer has.

Or... live in 3rd world country and be able to accept peanuts for pay while being completely incompetent.
