Ok, my trick for commuting into Austin down N. 183 (from Cedar Park, Leander, etc) is to *leave by 6:20am*! I live west of C.P., and I can be down to town lake in 38 minutes, do my workout, and be at work by 8:45.

I have no trick to get home, except working till 7pm. The price of lake living...

My trick: shift my work schedule 3 hours later than everyone else - start work at 11am :)
