Accepted a full-time job as a concierge for a resort retirement community. Minimum to get into this property for a retiree is $200,000. Facilities are the best.

I am looking at your Monday through Friday 40 hr week.

I am negotiating salary on Monday.

What can I expect?

I have 10 years customer service and two bachelor degrees.
