How is the market for HR/Corporate Recruiter/Executive Search?

I am looking to move from Boston to Austin in the next 6 months and was wondering how the job market looks in HR/Corporate Recruiter/Executive Search industry. I know that Austin has a bunch of startup and large companies but I haven't seen too many jobs in these areas. I have about 4 years experience in recruiting.

Are things slow down there? Are people hiring in those areas?

What are the premier staffing/executive search companies in that area?

Any help would be appreicated. I would like to have ajob lined before I move. Thanks!
