What are the opportunities for recreation, vacation, and just plain fun around Boise?

Plenty of fun for an outdoor enthusiast! Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, hunting...it is all "in your backyard"...or less than an hour's drive away. Downtown Boise has the clubs, the bars, the restaurants & the places to be seen.

As for taking a vacation to Boise? Unless you enjoy snow activities, I'd come in the summer - visit the museums, the zoo & get outdoors!
