the unemployment rate in Boise has risen to 9% not a good number right now. The biggest company we have Micron is going under and laying off each quarter. Plexus laid off 135 people in January. NPC went under also and many others. I was one along with my husband both that were laid off from out jobs. My husband is going back to school and I am looking hard for a job. I have contact with Jackson's Food and use to be an assistant manager there. They usually always have at least 100 openings, they have none. Hope that answer your question.
