Charlotte or RTP jobs - relocation?

I am currently living in Northern Virginia and fell in love with NC. I am eager to relocate to Charlotte or the RTP area in NC while searching for DBA SQL Developer position and/or combination of SQL and Web Development. I have almost seven years of progressive Database & Web development experience within Fed Government, and MS in Info Systems/BBA in Accounting.

Suggestions of companies to contact? I am also bilingual - English/Spanish.
